Entries will be accepted, classified (by the exhibitor) and named (if known) between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Thursday October 9th, 2012. Entry Fee is $1.00 per exhibit, not to exceed $15.00 which is payable at time of entry. Entries received after this time will be for display only. Judging will follow. Exhibit will be open to the public following completion of the judging. Bring entries ready for display.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Adult Division shall be for persons over 18, Junior Division: ages 12-18 and Children Division under 12. Members of FFA or 4-H should indicate with name on the tag.
Entries shall remain until 3:00 pm on Sunday October 12, 2012. All items should be checked out at this time.
Entries shall be exhibited in a clear glass or clear plastic containers.
All entries shall be entered by the exhibitor themselves or parents.
Only materials for arrangements may be from other than the exhibitor’s garden.
No artificial flower will be accepted in arrangements.
All containers should be marked with the owner’s name on the bottom. This department is not responsible for containers. Reasonable care will be exercised.
No exhibitor will be allowed more than one entry in each class except for “any other”.
Impartial judges will be used. Quality will be the first condition. Premiums will not be awarded to any entry just because of presence. Exhibitors are encouraged to refresh their displays, after judging of cut flowers.
The committee reserves the right to remove wilted or damaged exhibits.
Premium awards may be picked up at the cashiers window located in the office on Sunday October 12, 2014 between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Premiums are $5, $2 and $1 for First Second and Third Prize. Best of Show will be awarded in Senior, Junior and Children’s division. Sweepstakes may be awarded in the Senior Division for most total points. Premiums will be determined by monies collected from sponsors and donations.
